Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow and made using the Traditional Method, this crisp, sparkling wine has notes of white pear, gentle florals, preserved lemon and freshly baked bread on the nose.  This wine has a medium-weight mouth feel, with a gentle mousse and a fresh citrus and pear drop finish on the palate.

Floral & Fragrant

Tasting Notes: The Bacchus grape is to the UK what Sauvignon Blanc is to Marlborough. The wine has a delicate floral nose of honeysuckle, lilac and ripe orchard fruits yielding to a zesty citrus intensity on the palate and a stone fruit finish.

Food Pairing: Sample with spring vegetables like asparagus, peas and broad beans. Salads without heavy dressings, shellfish and poached or grilled salmon.

Tropical, prickly pear and white pear.

Tasting Notes: From the moment the grapes came into the cellar the flavours and aromas of this unique product were exceptional. Very tropical with strong undertones of a Karoo prickly pear. The flavours were fermented slowly to create great structure and integration. Perfect to drink now and in the years to come.

Food Pairing: Ideal for spicy dishes as well as fresh lobster and other seafood.

Dense, Tannic and Glorious

Tasting Notes: This vintage has really come along over the years. It has a lovely tawny colour and throws some sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Still fairly tannic, the flavour profile of cloves and leather spice are rich and undulating.

Food Pairing: Beautiful match for Sunday Roast and the special occasions. Wine throws a little sediment so ensure to stand up for a time before pouring or decant!

Grape Variety: Pinotage, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec

Red Cherry and Spice

Tasting Notes: Silky and elegant with dark red cherry, spice and blackcurrant. This wine combines purity and elegance with texture, concentration and length.

Food Pairing: This wine is ideally paired with roast pork with herbs & fennel, Duck, Venison or a Rack of lamb served pink.

Rich, Dark Berries and Vanillery

Tasting Notes: This deep, rich, red wine has concentrated aromas of dark berry fruits and liquorice with subtle vanilla oak that follow through onto the palate. Well balanced acidity, firm tannins and good length and intensity of flavour ensures this wine drinks well today yet will benefit from medium-term cellaring.

Food Pairing: Fire up the barby! This wine requires the smokiest of meats and juiciest of burgers.
