Dense, Tannic and Glorious
Tasting Notes: This vintage has really come along over the years. It has a lovely tawny colour and throws some sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Still fairly tannic, the flavour profile of cloves and leather spice are rich and undulating.
Food Pairing: Beautiful match for Sunday Roast and the special occasions. Wine throws a little sediment so ensure to stand up for a time before pouring or decant!
