When Bismarck and Jannie  Du Plessis combined with Richie Gray to set up a wine initiative deep in the heart of South East France at Valcombe, it was to be unique. They erected rugby posts inside the vineyard, and the grapes produced from the vines surrounding those rugby pitches have created the ‘Rugbyfield Vineyard range’

This project has expanded to South Africa and we now present the RFV Chenin Blanc  and Pinotage from L’Avenir, Stellenbosch. Two of the regions most loved grapes and all with a glorious rugby theme. Their newest vintages have arrived into the UK, let us celebrate this and get involved!
