Food Pairing: Classic rhone style blend obviously pairs with red meats but also your Christmas turkey. Will pair well with all the trimmings.

Silky and Elegant with Black Fruits

Tasting Notes: A stunning improvement on a classic Pinot Noir with exciting darker fruit notes. Rich flavours of black cherry with smoky spice and savouriness deliver a luxurious wine with a silky finish.

Food Pairing: The wine compliments many meat dishes such as pork, venison, and game birds such as duck. It also pairs well with seared tuna.

100% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes: Sneeuwkrans Pinot noir presents with a perfumed floral nose, cherry blossom, ripe plum and raspberry aromatics. In typical Pinot Noir character, it displays approachability with complexity and subtle nuance, while remaining succulent and generous. There is a guile and mystery to this wine. Broad and laidback on entry, it offers bright red fruits but then also subtler, earthy, deep forest floor intensity. Silky, refined and pliable, with a powerful core and backbone from integrated oak. Poised and long rewarding.

Food Pairing: Pinot noir is one of the few varietals that pairs well with either a delicate, poached salmon or a rich, braised duck

White Peach, Jasmine, and Delicate

Tasting Notes: Elegant with lovely tension and structure. White peach and preserved lemon combine with roasted hazelnuts, jasmine, and delicate texture.

Food Pairing: This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, fine fish like turbot, and rich mushroom-based dishes.

Creamy and Subtly Oaked

Tasting Notes: This wine hails from the edge of the village of Vergisson. A wonderful balance of buttery notes and minerality, typical of the wines from Southern Burgundy.

Food Pairing: Oysters, White fish and Chicken

Grenache 63%, Cinsault 23%  and Shiraz 14%.
