Tasting Notes: The 2021 vintage marks a move from the intense dark fruit & mocha flavour profile, in favour of some bright red fruit like cherry and raspberry coming through. With less tannin, a well balanced acidity and more focus on the intensity of primary fruit flavours, this wine is very suitable for folk looking for a lighter red wine.

Tasting Notes: A complex cape blend that matches old-world charm with new-world exuberance. It has notes of red fruits and violets on the nose and succulent flavours of cassis, chocolate and liquorice. A full-bodied stunner!

Blackberry Smooth and Brambley

Tasting Notes: A gregarious and fun blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon give this wine a ripe red fruit character with tones of sweet blackcurrant and liquorice. It is rounded off with a nutty chocolatiness leaving a long, velvety finish. A wine that punches well above its weight.

Food Pairing: The boldness of this blend beautifully compliments most cheese dishes as well as bringing out the flavour of seared and roasted red meats.

Tasting Notes: This unique dry Chenin combines tropical fruit aromas with grassy notes, toffee and a flinty minerality to create a crisp yet fruity wine with a lasting finish. An elegant food accompaniment or aperitif.

Tropical, prickly pear and white pear.

Tasting Notes: From the moment the grapes came into the cellar the flavours and aromas of this unique product were exceptional. Very tropical with strong undertones of a Karoo prickly pear. The flavours were fermented slowly to create great structure and integration. Perfect to drink now and in the years to come.

Food Pairing: Ideal for spicy dishes as well as fresh lobster and other seafood.

Tasting Notes: This Méthode Cap Classique is a delectably dry sparkling wine composed entirely of Chardonnay. The nose presents a lovely combination of fresh granny smith apple, yeasty dough and biscuit aromas that make way for the unfolding flavours of the palate. A fine, lively mousse glides over the tongue, leaving behind it a trail of white peach and fresh fruit notes, while a long, creamy finish rounds off the overall profile of the wine.
