Light & Dry

Tasting Notes: This beautiful salmon pink rose is a light-bodied classic with refreshing acidity. Aromas of crushed red berries announce an ethereal green tea character on the nose and a delicious mix of strawberries and sherbet lemons on the tongue. With the acidity of a white wine & the subtle fruit characters of a red.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with any cheese. Also a delicious partner to most seafood, light salads, pasta and rice dishes.

Juicy and Dry

Tasting Notes: This pink rose has delicious entrancing flavours of mixed red fruit, strawberries and candy floss that delightfully tease the taste buds.

Food Pairing: Appetiser that will compliment pasta, spicy food and most fish dishes

White Peach, Jasmine, and Delicate

Tasting Notes: Elegant with lovely tension and structure. White peach and preserved lemon combine with roasted hazelnuts, jasmine, and delicate texture.

Food Pairing: This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, fine fish like turbot, and rich mushroom-based dishes.
