1 X Elizabeth Chardonnay: Citrus notes like lemon rind galore, fresh melon, sliced apples, and layers and layers that keep evolving. There is fantastic acidity, tension, and freshness that lingers and continues to build on itself in ultra-refreshing ways. 50% new and neutral French oak barrels and 50% stainless steel. Aged sur lie for 9 months. £44/bt

1 X Bledsoe Family Winery Cabernet Sauvignon: Dark ruby in the glass, it opens up aromatically in the same fashion. Dark fruits like blackberry and Bing Cherry, followed up by graphite, wood shavings, and baking spice. Ultra-balanced with long, fine-tannins and great acidity. The finish on this wine is incredible – which is something that I love about great Cabernet. Drink now through the next 15-20 years. £54/bt

1 X Doubleback Cabernet Sauvignon: 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec – this vintage was a true testament to the strength of their estate sites. On October 9th a fall frost event wiped out most of Eastern Washington, yet the estate blocks that were still on the vine were in absolutely perfect condition. Deep ruby in color with sexy aromatics. Sandalwood, fresh cherry, undertones of vanilla and pencil shavings are framed by plum and underlying hints of tobacco. The wine is elegant with fine grained tannins but does not sacrifice on full bodied richness – absolutely drinking well now but will age through 2041. £102/bt

1 X Louis57 Sauvignon Blanc: Glorious notes of Passionfruit and gooseberry give this wine a fruity taste on the palate. Pair with Sushi, Prawns, Paella, Salad and Vegetarian dishes. £14/bt

Combines oriental spices, pepper, and fruit flavours, this highly concentrated wine is both complex and rich in its aftertaste. 1 X Louis57 Jasoma: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (44%), Merlot (41%), Cabernet Franc (12%) and Malbec (3%). A Bordeaux blend – carefully matured in new French barrels for 24 months. This premium wine is like Louis’ golf swing – smooth! Made, Matured, and Bottled in Stellenbosch, this wine has earthy, mineral-tasting notes, complimented by cherry and vanilla. Brings the best out of a rib-eye steak, hearty stew, and Italian cuisine. £20/bt
