Winemaker: Jacky Lorenzetti
Moulin D’Issan: The splendid weather permitted rigorous plot by plot selection for this vintage, allowing both grape varieties to achieve progressive and optimal ripeness. The harvested berries were plump and juicy, with generous fruit and tight skins, yet silky and elegant tannins. Ageing in French oak barrels for two months rounds this wine out to a harmonious and well-integrated whole-bodied wine.
Château Lilian Ladouys: This Lilian Ladouys 2014 has a beautiful and intense purple color. The bouquet is very open, dominated by the Merlots, and exhibits notes of small red fruits and orange peels. After aeration, the wine is on the rise and reveals flavors of cedar and gunflint aromas. The palate is expressive, it has a lovely attack extended by a chewy structure. The finish has some powdered tannins with a lot of moka and toasted almonds flavors.
Winemaker: Francesco Cosulich – Collalbrigo Wine Estate
Collalbrigo Pinot Grigio: This pale yellow wine is a fabulously surprising Pinot Grigio. It has an understated nose that positively bursts on the palate with both tropical and citrus fruits and hints of pear drops. This, combined with a great body and softness, makes the wine versatile with or without food.
Prosecco Brut DOC: This elegant Prosecco from the Collabrigo estate has notes of crisp apple and pear with underlying citrus tones. It’s well rounded with fine bubbles that tickle your nose and has a refined, refreshing finish. Adds the perfect sparkle to any occasion.
Winemaker: Bob Reeves – Roger Saumaize Vineyard
Pouilly-Fuissé: This wine hails from the edge of the village of Vergisson. A wonderful balance of buttery notes and minerality, typical of the wines from Southern Burgundy.
Fines Master Gin: Dig in to a a bundle of classic gin botanical notes (juniper, coriander, orris, cassia, chamomile, liquorice and angelica) alongside a hearty helping of citrus deliciousness (namely orange, lime and grapefruit).
