Tasting Notes: The 2021 vintage marks a move from the intense dark fruit & mocha flavour profile, in favour of some bright red fruit like cherry and raspberry coming through. With less tannin, a well balanced acidity and more focus on the intensity of primary fruit flavours, this wine is very suitable for folk looking for a lighter red wine.
Food Pairing: Pair with red meats or charcuterie.
The Wine: A young fresh wine that exhibits rose petals and zingy red fruit flavours that really light up the senses and resembles the Estate’s unique terroir.
