Description
This cuvée is a selection of barrels from four terroirs. The objective is to refine these selected materials by a longer ageing, from 20 to 22 months. With a reserved expression when young, the wine reveals after the first two or three years the depth and density of its texture and develops a great complexity of fruit. It can be enjoyed at 12-13°C with all meats in white sauce, Burgundy snails, beautiful fish.
