The wine was bottled on March 17th 2025.
On the nose you will find intense citrus blossom/bark with elegant yellow tropical fruit showcasing on the back. The pallet follows with white pears and young tropical fruit, elegant summers stone fruit and citrus, all while the minerality still lingers on the back pallet.
This wine has a fresh yet vibrant acidity that pleases the pallet which enhances its drinkability. Blend compositions – Sauvignon blanc 42% , Viognier 26% , Chenin blanc 21% , Chardonnay 11%.
A perfect pairing with a summer’s braai and fresh Salad, Pizza and cheese board.

Description
A blend based on all four of our white wine varietals on Welbedacht Wine Estate. The biggest consist of Sauvignon blanc, which brings you the freshness of fruit, Viognier gives us that sweet yellow fruit and spice, Chenin blanc gives us summer stone fruit and the Chardonnay provides us with intense citrus. Each varietal was processed individually in the cellar and matured in either old French oak barrels or stainless-steel tank. About 6 months before bottling the blend was meticulous combined / structured and set to marry in stainless-steel tank.
