Created to support an extraordinary 2,300-mile attempt to row the Northwest Passage, this is a gin with adventure at its heart. Distilled at Orkney Distilling, it brings together rare botanicals from the shores of Orkney and Hudson Bay, linking the starting point and destination of the expedition. Sugar kelp, angelica, Ramanas rose and burnet rose combine with lemon peel and calamondin to create a beautifully distinctive gin: bright citrus and delicate floral notes meet subtle sweetness and a gentle saline character from the seaweed. Even the water has a story — bottled from the same water source that supplied the ships of Captain Cook and Sir John Franklin.
