Description
A great example of a Burgundian white. Coming from a plot of old vines located in the commune of Bussière: “Les Sertaux”. The cuvée offers a present fruit (fresh apple, lemon, orange blossom, white flower), with some nutmeg notes, but always fresh. Fermented in barrel with secondary production method of malolactic fermentation to add body and a creamy texture to the wine and making it a very food friendly wine.
