Rugbyfield Vineyard Classic White
From Chateau de Valcombe in the Languedoc-Rousillion region in the South of France, this vineyard produces a rare find of a blend of local grapes. The result is a luscious blend of a creamy texture and bright stone fruit notes of apricot and peach.
A local blend of Marsanne & Rousillion
A perfect wine to go with a cheese board of primarily soft cheeses like Brie.
Rugbyfield Vineyard Classic Red
The South of France is home to regions like Chateauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas where red blends are crucial and the star of the show is the grapes used in the blends: Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre. Chateau de Valcombe leave the Mourvedre out of their red blend in order to settle the tannic side of the wine and allow the fruit to shine through more.
A blend of Syrah and Grenache.
This wine favours roasted meats and stews as Syrah’s natural notes of black and green peppercorns lends well with any roasted meat.
