Founded by former NFL quarterback Drew Bledsoe, Doubleback was born from his ambition to combine his love of wine with his roots in Washington's Walla Walla Valley. The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is an estate-focused expression of the region, made from 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Malbec from Doubleback's McQueen, Schafer and LeFore vineyards. A warm, generous vintage has produced an inky, beautifully concentrated wine packed with juicy red fruit, ripe blackberry, sagebrush and toasty French oak, while rich, chewy tannins and a long finish give it the structure to develop beautifully with age.
