Named after the 22 yards of a cricket pitch, the Botham 22 Yards London Dry Gin is a family project born from Lord Botham’s love of gin and his passion for creating exceptional drinks. Working alongside his daughter Sarah and Master Gin Distiller Deirdre Bohane, Botham developed a distinctive blend of 12 botanicals, with juniper and coriander at its heart and citrus, ginger, black pepper, cardamom and vanilla adding layers of freshness, warmth and spice. Smooth yet refreshing, it has a bright citrus character balanced by warming spice, bitter orange and fresh root ginger, followed by a soft, lingering vanilla sweetness. The name is a fitting tribute to the 22 yards over which Botham made his name, having taken around 1,700 wickets during his extraordinary cricket career.
