Winemaker: Drew Bledsoe
Elizabeth Chardonnay 2018: A long, warm summer meant 2017 was a stunning vintage for Chardonnay in Washington and this wine is a testament to it! Upon pouring you’ll be hit with intense aromas of pear and tropical fruits which translates into a rich, buttery flavour high in natural acidity on the palate. Aged for 8 months on it’s lees and only very delicately oaked, less than 800 cases were produced of this exclusive wine so grab it while you can!
Flying B 2016: A tribute to Stuart Bledsoe – Drew’s Grandfather, who lived on the Flying B Ranch. This Cabernet Sauvignon with a dash of Syrah has seductive aromas of blueberry with notes of cedar and tobacco. It is full bodied with a dense mouth feel, silky soft tannins and a long, lingering finish. Drink now or through until 2028 – if you can wait that long!
Doubleback Cabernet Sauvignon 2016: This flagship wine from Drew Bledsoe is an absolute Cabernet Sauvignon corker. The nose explodes with bramble fruit, crème brûlée and a dusting of allspice, and the palate is luscious with silky tannins and a long finish. Balanced acidity cuts through the richness leaving you wanting another glass… and another.
