Over the last number of months I have looked at qualities which cross over and compliment rugby and business. England approach the Old Mutual Wealth Series with justifiable confidence, developing their leadership, team skills and vital experience over the last 12 months. The only thing they haven't had to deal with is defeat - although Maro Itoje has finally lost his first game in 33 starts .... a mere blip in an upward curve for Saracens and England!
